Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor starrer “Param Sundari” is now all set to hit the theaters in August. Earlier, it was scheduled to release on July 25th, but Param Sundari was expected to clash with Son of Sardaar 2 at the box office. So the makers of Param Sundari have officially confirmed that the film will now release in August.
About Param Sundari
The first look of Param Sundari was unveiled on May 29, which created a lot of buzz among fans. Recently, along with the release of Rajkummar Rao’s Malik on June 11, a teaser of the film was also released. Interestingly, the teaser is a slightly modified version of the film, which was released earlier in May. Although the date has not been announced yet, the makers of Param Sundari have confirmed that the film will release in August.
Param Sundari—The first look introduces Sidharth as the hero Param, where he shows off his fit body in the first scene. Next, we see Janhvi as Sundari, who flaunts her beautiful eyes behind a hand fan. Param Sundari is described as “a rollercoaster of laughter, chaos, and unexpected twists,” set against the picturesque backdrop of the verdant backwaters of Kerala. Bollywood actors Sidharth and Janhvi will be sharing the screen for the first time in the upcoming romantic comedy Param Sundari, directed by Tushar Jalota.
Dinesh Vijan is producing the film under his production banner, Maddock Films. The film is directed by Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and Badrinath Ki Dulhania fame Shashank Khaitan. It is backed by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Khaitan’s Mentor Disciple Entertainment. With several high-profile releases in August—including Dhadak 2 on August 1, War 2 starring Hrithik, Jr. NTR, and Kiara Advani on August 14, and Rajinikanth’s Coolie on August 14—Param Sundari is now expected to hit the theaters in August. However, the date is yet to be officially confirmed by the makers.
Sidharth will next be seen in Deepak Kumar Mishra and Arunabh Kumar’s horror-thriller film Vvan – Force of the Forrest. The film, starring Tamannaah Bhatia alongside Malhotra, is expected to hit the theaters on May 15, 2026. It is produced by Balaji Motion Pictures and TVF (The Viral Fever).
