Now You See Me: Now You Don’t Trailer Unveils New Heists and Faces

Now You See Me: Now You Don’t has released the first official trailer for the upcoming third installment of the “Now You See Me” franchise, known for its mix of magic, mystery, and high-stakes heists.

Release date: The film is scheduled to be released in theaters worldwide on November 14, 2025. In some regions, such as France and Germany, it will be released a few days earlier.

Cast: The film sees the return of several key actors from the previous movies, alongside some new faces:

  • Jesse Eisenberg as J. Daniel “Danny” Atlas
  • Woody Harrelson as Merritt McKinney
  • Dave Franco as Jack Wilder
  • Isla Fisher as Henley Reeves (returning to the franchise after not appearing in the second film)
  • Mark Ruffalo as Dylan Rhodes
  • Morgan Freeman as Thaddeus Bradley
  • Ariana Greenblatt joins as a new, younger magician.
  • Justice Smith joins as a new, younger magician.
  • Dominic Sessa joins as a new, younger magician.
  • Rosamund Pike joins the cast in an undisclosed role.

Storyline: Now You See Me 3 as revealed in the trailer – The original Four Horsemen combine with a new generation of illusionists. They are involved in a diamond heist, specifically the theft of a heart-shaped diamond. The eight magicians will face off against a global criminal network. The story will feature “mind-melting twists, turns, surprises and magic” that have never been captured in a film.

The film is expected to maintain the franchise’s focus on intelligence, non-violent action and complex puzzles.

Production: Ruben Fleischer, known for “Venom,” “Uncharted” and “Zombieland,” is directing the film. Lionsgate Movies is producing. The screenplay is by Seth Grahame-Smith and Michael Leslie, and the story is by Eric Warren Singer.

The first film, “Now You See Me” (2013), introduced the Four Horsemen, a group of magicians who use their illusions to stage elaborate heists and expose corporate corruption, seemingly under the guidance of a secret society called “The Eye.”

The sequel, “Now You See Me 2” (2016), followed the Horsemen as they were forced to pull off another series of heists for a tech mogul and delved deeper into the mysteries of The Eye.

Now You See Me 3 appears to be blending the familiar charm and cast of the original films with a new dynamic brought by the younger generation of magicians, promising more intricate illusions and a broader criminal conspiracy to unravel.
