The latest episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 3 entertained fans with intense drama, sarcastic comments, banter, and more. Popular OTT faces joined the show and gave the fans a wonderful episode. This episode featured Pratik Gandhi, Jaydeep Ahlawat, Vijay Verma, and Jitendra Kumar. In the middle of the episode, K-pop idol Jackson Wang appeared on stage to promote his new song. He enjoyed several funny moments on the sets of The Great Indian Kapil Show and enthralled the fans with his lively dance moves.
Kapil then asked the stars about their careers and the reasons behind choosing acting over other fields. Prateek Gandhi said, “Engineering ke baad aapko sach mein pata chalta hai ki aapko life mein kya karna hai.” He also talked about the various jobs he took up before entering acting.
Host Kapil then praised Jeetendra, saying that he graduated from IIT and still chose acting. Kapil asked about his parents’ reaction. Jeetendra said, “When I decided to quit my engineering career after graduating from IIT and pursue acting, my parents were very upset. But when I started getting famous, they started warming up to it. Even now, they sometimes ask me if I want to do UPSC.”
Vijay Verma shared his struggle to afford acting school and how a friend helped him with the fees. “Maine ek dost ko bola mera selection ho gaya hai, lekin mere paas paise nahin hain zyada. Usne payes de die fis ke. May kaha ab permission to na milegi ghar se, bhagte hai. To me, ghar se bhag gaya.”
Jaideep was then asked on the show how he proposed to his wife. Kapil also says, Did his wife think his proposal was genuine, or did she think he was really acting well?. To this, Jaydeep sarcastically replied, “Aapko lagta hai ki jaat aadmi ko prapoj karna ata hai?” (Do you think a Jat man knows how to propose?) Vijay Verma took advantage of the moment and joked about how Jaideep must have proposed with a ghee container.
This week’s episode was a mix of humor, satire, and a surprising international twist. One of the highlights was comedian Rajeev Thakur’s much-awaited entry into the season—albeit fashionably late. Introducing himself as a ‘superfan’ of the show, Rajeev drew laughter with his opening remarks, “If everyone knows who I am, then why am I so late on the show?” Kapil Sharma replied in classic style, “No, it’s not like that. You weren’t even invited today. To be honest, they took Sidhu Paji, so there were budget constraints.” Rajeev quickly retorted, “Sidhu Paaji is in my budget? Has anyone ever heard of buying almonds on a badam budget?” The hilarious trance reminded fans why Rajiv and Kapil’s chemistry is so endearing.
Meanwhile, Sunil Grover, in his Diamond Raja avatar, wowed the audience with his signature dramatic performance. “This is my left profile… I can swim too…” He turned the stage into a mock audition, singing. Soon, all the guests joined in an impromptu dance party, ending the episode on a high note.
