Actor Sharvari is all set to join the YRF Spy Universe with a new movie called “Alpha”, alongside popular star Alia Bhatt. This film is special because it will be the first time two women will lead a spy action film in this popular franchise. Sharvari is very excited and also a bit nervous, as she believes this film will break many old rules in Bollywood and bring something new.
“Alpha” is going to be a big step for women in action movies. Earlier, the YRF Spy Universe featured male leads like Salman Khan in Tiger, Hrithik Roshan in War, and Shah Rukh Khan in Pathaan. But now, Alia and Sharvari will take the spotlight as powerful super-agents. The film is directed by Shiv Rawail and is planned to release in theatres during Christmas 2025.
Sharvari shared that working on this movie has been one of the hardest roles of her career. She has not done much action before, except in a survival-style film called Vedaa. However, “Alpha” is very different, with sleek and stylish action scenes, which pushed her to try new things and train harder than ever.
Apart from action, the film will also feature a grand dance number with Alia and Sharvari. The song is being made on a large scale and will be full of energy and eye-catching visuals. Both actresses have been practicing for over two months at YRF Studios in Mumbai and have focused on fitness and perfecting their dance steps.
A source from the film team said that the song will be a big visual treat, and both actresses are giving their best to make it look amazing. The idea is to mix action and dance, showing strong female characters in a fresh and exciting way.
The film also includes well-known actors like Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol in supporting roles. Actor Hrithik Roshan will also appear in a special cameo. “Alpha” is part of a bigger lineup of YRF Spy Universe films that includes upcoming titles like War 2, Pathaan 2, and Tiger vs. Pathaan.
Sharvari is happy with how her career is growing. After the success of her recent films like Munjya, Maharaj, and Vedaa, she says she feels grateful and responsible. She wants to continue impressing audiences and hopes they will love her new side in “Alpha”.
